Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to deliver our services.
Where it's stored
Your information is stored securely with our hosting and database provider. Access is limited to LumaShore.
We don't sell your data
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, or longer if we're working together and need it for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@lumashore.com.
Analytics and ad pixels
If enabled, we may use analytics tools and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use this site and to measure our own ads. These tools may set cookies.
Your rights in Canada
